Your efforts writing postcards have already made a difference in 2024 when 5 of the 6 Sussex Democratic candidates were elected, and again in the August 2025 Special Election here in Sussex County.

Now, we have another critical mission: reaching voters in a swing state and helping drive Democratic turnout on November 4, 2025.

This time, we’re focusing on Virginia, a true battleground.

Virginians are being hit especially hard: tariffs have triggered layoffs at production and shipping facilities, while DOGE cuts have left thousands of federal workers jobless and veterans without adequate VA healthcare.

The November election will be a watershed moment—not only for protecting Virginia’s future from runaway extremism but also for strengthening the firewall of Democratic legislatures that safeguard millions of Americans nationwide.

We’re partnering with the Progressive Turnout Project, who will provide postcards, messaging, and voter mailing lists. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, scribing skills, and stamps.
